FINDING OURSELVES AS BLESSINGS

A settled faithful one is jubilant in acceptance of the teachings along the path of Yehoshua (Joshua) for solely upon this path is it truly possible to engage in an intimate connection within the truths of our Rock and Redeemer.... for the true joys of life and of heaven are found in Him always. In our salvation, redeemed souls are ill at ease except when they are in close communion with Ha’ Moshiach (The Anointed One). We quickly learn that in distancing ourselves from Him, we lose true peace, heartfelt contentment and stand with a hollowness in our soul in the perceived absence of His presence.

We have come to understand through the victory of many great trials we are at our best and most at inner peace as we maintain focus always upon being in His presence and in doing so, we discover the closer we are to the peace and tranquility of His kingdom. In our mind’s eye, within intimate connections El Elyon (The Most High), the more loving and generous our heart, a heart not only of peace, but of full life and dynamism and jubilance; for these all depend on intimate and constant fellowship with Yehoshua. As the sun makes welcoming the day and the moonrise brings respite following our laborious days, this is the greatness, freshness and rejuvenation of the power of grace poured upon us within our Lord and Redeemer.

What bread is to the hungry, sackcloth is to the naked, as the shadow of a great rock is to the sun drenched traveler in an unwelcoming sun-scorched land and such is our Teacher and Master Yehoshua, to us. And so now, if we mindfully retain His glory and power in our presence beyond doubt, steeled in our faith, we shouldn’t be surprised if our spirit brings joy to life in the words of the Song, "I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved and that you tell him I am sick with love." This earnest yearning for Yehoshua has a blessing attending it: “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” {Matthew 5:6} and therefore, supremely blessed are those who thirst for He who knows righteousness well. Blessed is that yearning, since it comes from HaShem (G-d), is delivered through Ruach Ha’ Chodesh (Holy Spirit) and satiates our great yearning in Yehoshua.

The comfort we long for which eludes us in times of doubt and of great personal challenge, returns wholly only at the point of our return to Him and His promises which were meant for all truly faithful. Let us not be comforted by our own counsel solely, for we are easily deceived outside of Yehoshua’s great guiding presence. Though we may remain compassionate, in the absence of the truth and spirit of Ha’ Moshiach, our heart is heavy and our soul taxed and burdened. Seeing the light of joy becomes a labored task in the devise of our own making among the exiled distances between us and Yehoshua Ha’ Moshiach (Joshua, The Anointed One).

Only we can cause our path’s correction in renewed faith remembering the pleasures and joys within our Father’s covenant.In the absence of experience of the blessedness of completed and fulfilled heart and desire, the doubting shall come again in the emptiness and eagerness until we are once again filled with the love, spirit and grace enjoining us once again and forever, in Ruach Ha’ Chodesh (Holy Spirit). In the absence of soul sustaining sustenance for our yearning souls which Yehoshua’s ministry provides, we shall painfully continue to hunger and thirst after Him in perpetuity. There is hollowness all about that void of yearning, since it our souls are radiant among the beatitudes of our L-rd.

The blessings of Yehoshua involve a promise, a promise of the ages.... these hungry ones "shall be satisfied" with what they desire. If in this way Ha’ Moshiach causes us to yearn for the graced blessings of our Creator in comfort and in presence, He will certainly satisfy those longings; and as He come to us, He shall come to calm a yearning heart in the search of goodness; how sweet and joyous our victory over the darkest part of ourselves becomes a mighty and powerful cause for jubilant celebration! When our yearning is satisfied, our hearts are made full, we then may truly be a gift to our brethren and a light of hope for those who seek His beckoning light and remain in the dark.

Shine your light of faith upon those in the deepest recesses…. and through this act receive and be the greatest of blessings in His grace,
